Hoping I can finally get some answers.
Currently have an HP Pavilion, Product number N9E13UA#ABA
I cannot update Windows, I get the 'you need to manually uninstall BIOS'. I cannot find anything about this situation, I've looked on other boards and followed links, but I am getting 'Customer Service Site is down' or something along that lines.
This has been going on for at least eight solid months. All I want to do is download the XBox app so I can play some of my games on my laptop, but I can't because of the manually uninstall BIOS bull.
Could someone PLEASE help me with this. It's gone from irritating to just downright ridiculous that I'm not able to move forward. Eight months of trying and trying and clicking on links and getting nowhere.

Hi,
Try updating the BIOS on the machine and then update Windows
Download and double-click on file. Choose instal now and follow procedure. Let the computer completly update the BIOS. It might reboot a couple of times.
Hope it helps,
David
