HP ProBook 450 G5 3BZ62EA#ABU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since a rebuild was done on my laptop the brightness function keys/hotkeys don't work.  Other hotkeys such as volume, mute and flight mode work.

It seems that I need a softpaq, SP88033 to reslove this.

This can be downloaded at;

https://whp-hou9.cold.extweb.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88033.exe

However the link doesn't work.

Is there an alternative location or mirror site to download this?

Thanks

Hi:

That file has been superseded by this one...

The HP HotKey Support (HPHKS) software provides the support for handling the Hotkeys and bezel or cap-sense buttons (fixed notebook buttons that provide quick access to a particular function when pressed) for HP business notebooks. This package is provided for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system.

Fix and enhancements:

- Provides the updated Hotkey Support.
