HP Probook 650 G4 with Windows 11 23H2 - "PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller" yellow bang.
Device PCI \VEN_8086&DEV_9D27&SUBSYS_8416103C&REV_21\3&11583659&0&F0 requires further installation.
Windows updates also fails to install "INTEL - System - 10.1.5.2" Install error - 0x80070103

The PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller can be installed by one of two drivers and you can't figure out which one it is, so try them both.
First try the Intel chipset installation utility and restart the PC.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp148501-149000/sp148947.exe
If that driver does not install the device, then this one should:
Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp149501-150000/sp149507.exe
As far as the INTEL - System - 10.1.5.2 install error, the only suggestion I can offer would be to run the Microsoft Hide Windows update utility that I zipped up and attached below to hide the update from showing up in Windows update and continuing to fail to install.
Unzip and run the utility.
It should find the INTEL - System - 10.1.5.2 update trying to install.
Check the box to hide the update.
The utility will run again and report the problem is 'Fixed.'
Close out of the utility, restart the PC and click on the 'Retry' button in Windows update, and the update should go away and not return.
