Used Quick Drop after downloading and pairing months ago when laptop was new. App on my phone says it is paired. When I open the app on my laptop, it takes me to the screen with the QR code. I pair again. The top of my phone has my laptop on it when the Quick Drop app is open. I selected photos on my phone to send to my laptop, which is on the same network. My laptop screen does not change from the "welcome to quick drop" with the QR code. My phone photos say "pending", with a triangle with a ! in it. That takes me to a message on my phone that says "Connect your mobile device to your PC to transfer the files" with an "OK" button. I thought I have done that several times now! While trying to solve this, somewhere I saw that I needed to "launch" Quick Drop on my laptop, but I never get a screen other than the Welcome with the QR for pairing. Please help!

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...
To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !
You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.
The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.
It is allowed to post in public, no problem.

copy / paste the System SKU value
msinfo32
