Hi all,
Would anyone know where I can get these drivers?
I've been told I need both in order to get hotkeys to work (brightness, volume) etc
I have the HP recommended Events Utility Installed...but still nothing works, would this be the HP Quick Launch Buttons drivers?
Kind regards
Adam

You're very welcome, Adam.
Interesting...maybe I'm wrong about the quick launch software...
I have a HP 350 G1 business notebook which came out in 2013-14 (I got mine last year).
I just checked the driver page for that and they stuck the older quick launch software version on my notebook's support page, so maybe it will work...
If that doesn't work either, then see if the newer hotkey software works from this HP business notebook.
I can help you with the volume and brightness display indicators...
You may get a slightly different visual than you got on W10, but this is all that there is available for W7.

Hi, Adam:
Do you have both the Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers successfully installed?
The brightness cannot be adjusted without those drivers being installed.
The HP Quicklauch software is not supported in such a new notebook as yours.
This was the last version of the software and I doubt it will work on your model.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for such a speedy reply!
Erm yeah I do, both are installed both working as they should. The funny thing is Paul is that periodically...it works..but for the last 3 days...not so much. I was also wondering, as you are here...does that facilitate the volume and brightness graphic bars that used to show in windows 10? like the visual cues?
Its quite bizarre to be honest but I did notice once reverting to Win7 x64 Ultimate that Support assistant really didnt give all the necessary drivers etc...I've had to do a lot of third party downloads such as the intel usb eXtensive 3.0 drivers, the HP ones are incomplete I could only get the Biometrics and Unknown devices to register with a very slightly older driver the same with other software...which hasnt always been fruitful but is all ok now!
Thanks paul, if theres anything I can do to...help you help me, just let me know 🙂
Kind regards Buddy!
