Hello!
I have the same exact question as another member whose 2022 thread about it remains unanswered. It got viewed quite a lot too but no reply...
I have issues with the very same HP pen, so knowing what drivers I might miss in windows 11 (2025), would be great to know!
The 2022 thread, that member Nadye wrote, explained the issue(s) best, and in more details so here's a copy paste of it:
Hello,
What's the driver necessary to operate the 'HP Tilt MPP2.0 rechargeable' in Windows 11?
The pencil came with the notebook (which had Windows 11 preinstalled), it recharged well but there is no way to make the system recognize the device. The Bluetooth is updated but it DOES NOT recognize the pencil, although it recognizes other devices nearby.
It seems like there is no driver available for the pencil in Windows 11, I dread to think that I was sold a device that cannot be used (?)
Many thanks in advance,
Best

Edit and Case in point :
Found another poster with the same exact problem I'm having but only after my first post. Also received no answer.

Hi, I have just purchased an HP ENVY x360 13-bf0003na Convertible Laptop – Core™ i5, Silver (2022) which came bundled with an HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen. As many others have asked on these boards there are no instructions or videos on how to pair this pen with HP Envy Bluetooth system on the laptop. This version of the HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 Tilt Pen is NOT the version with the pressable top button (held for 3 secs to initialise bluetooth pairing). This pen only has two buttons near the pen nib and when pressed and held dont initiate the bluetooth pairing.

Again, thanks for your time guys. drivers and stuff related to the PEN itself would be great.
