Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am very reluctant to ask this question because I never get any results from the forums.  I am trying one more time.  There is an HP Recovery Manager update available (1.1810.5.0) Where can I get it? I had the same issue with the HP Audio Switch, available update. There was no help for that either.

Hi,

The latest recovery manager for your notebook offered here:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-pavilion-15-au000-notebook-pc-series/1...

HP is actually moving away from recovery manager as there are already so many recovery options in Windows 10 and using recovery manager actually takes your PC back in time to earlier editions of Windows 10 with all the problems that comes with.

The new thing is cloud recovery which is also available on the driver page for your product:

Hope it helps,

David

Thank you very much for your informative reply. It sounds like it is of no use now anyway. Do you know anything about the new Audio Switch v 1.0.150.0? I tried to get that but couldn't get any answers as to where.
