HP Risk Free Care Pack Refund -- Frustrated After 15 Weeks With Zero Communication

This is almost certainly not the right spot for this but I'm left with no other option because HP doesn't make it easy to find support for their warranties. I am left wondering how I can get a human, any human from HP, to review my "risk free" warranty refund claim that I sent in to the warranty email [content removed] on Jan. 16th about 15 weeks ago. I've sent about 5 followups in the months since with zero communication. Nothing. Not even an acknowledgement of the claim. The form says "Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing". I think we're way past that. This is really just astonishing customer service. And not in a good way.
