Hi @Gordon134,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you want to install the HP ScanJet Pro 2600 f1 scanner WebPack package silently over the network. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing installation issues and how to complete the deployment.

Copy the WebPack installer to a shared network location
Place the WebPack.exe file in a shared folder accessible to the target computers.
Ensure users or deployment tools have read permissions to the network share.

Run the installer in silent mode
Launch the installer using silent install switches from an administrative command prompt or deployment tool.
This installs the driver package without showing installation windows to the user.

Run the installation with administrator privileges
Silent installations require elevated permissions to install drivers and scanner software.
Make sure the deployment tool or script runs with admin rights.

Extract the WebPack package if silent install fails
Run the WebPack installer extraction option to unpack the driver files into a folder.
You can then deploy the MSI installer from the extracted files silently.

Verify the scanner connection
Make sure the scanner is powered on and connected by USB or available on the network.
Some driver packages complete installation only after the device is detected.

Enable installation logging (optional)
Create an installation log during deployment to confirm whether the driver installed successfully.
Logs help identify permission or detection issues during network deployment.

These steps usually allow the HP ScanJet Pro 2600 f1 WebPack package to be installed silently across multiple systems in a managed environment.

I hope this helps.
