This is a WEIRD situation.
Need to download and re-install the AMD Graphics software in the NICE HP 15 Series Notebook PC.
Went to HP's site.
Entered the Serial Number.
Site required that I enter the PRODUCT NUMBER.
Did so.
Site didn't accept it.
Repeated several times with different browsers.
Same fluke.
Hmmmmmmm ?
Suggestions please.

Here is the direct link to the W10 AMD graphics driver you need for that model notebook.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp73001-73500/sp73276.exe
I was able to get the support page to open using Google Chrome.
Otherwise, I could not access the support page for your notebook in IE or Edge.

As USUAL - PK comes through.
Kinda interesting that Microsofts NEWEST browser won't work on ALL of HP's site, eh?
