Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch011dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've received a system notification stating "Unable to install updates: Click here to resolve" so I do. Then I get "Contact your PC Manufacturer to see if you can upgrade the system BIOS" 

 

So I tried contacting support, but the virtual support bot is useless. I tried searching through the articles here but have had no success in finding a resolution. Any help is good help. Thank you in advance.
