Hello, 

 

I have a problem with my HP Spectre x360 Convertible and I hope that someone might know what to do here. 

 

The notebook doesn't immediately recognise the charger. I had this issue for a few days now. Usually it starts charging after a while (30-45 min) by itself (if I leave the notebook alone and connected to the charger). 

 

I have testet the thunderbolt 3 port with a HDMI cable and it works perfectly. I have also tested the charger on another device. No problems there. 

 

Does anyone know what to do here? I would like to make sure, that it is not a software problem before bringing it to a repair shop.
