Hi,

My company has an old tape driver HP Storageworks Ultrium 960. It had not been used for years and now they want to operate it back online to recover data from the backup tape. However, we don't found its CD-ROM to get the installation driver. I have tried to plugin the tape drive to server and with SCSI port, but the server/PC cannot detect the tape drive to start hardware installation automatically.

Can someone tell where can I get installation driver & necessary software like L&TT?

Thank you.

Hi:

HP split into two companies several years ago.

HP supports PC's printers, tablets and calculators.

HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and enterprise storage systems.
