Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv0000 (190U4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP Pavillion laptop with a intel core i5 and nvidia gpu. I recently was trying to open the print and scan doctor for my hp ink advantage printer on hp support assistant
and it didnt launch at all despite trying two or more times. I uninstalled that version and got it reinstalled via the HP Support website with v.9. Yet, again i got the same error with the software. Please give me clarity as to why is this happening and how can i fix it. I am temporarily using HP Print and Scan Doctor from the HP website. I am connected to a Wireless Network and have not done any recent changes to the software
