I have a new HP Pavilion Laptop with Windows 11 and I'm trying to add the Bluetooth Mouse as a device under HP Support Assistant. When I put the serial number in the assistant and select the "Find my device" button it comes back with "Cannot get data about provided product." I'm using the mouse successfully with the laptop.
On my previous HP laptop a different bluetooth mouse was successfully added as one of my devices. How do I get this one added (it's a 240 Bluetooth Mouse).
