Just completed the update to the latest version of Win 10 on this brand new machine and now I find that HP Support Assistant won't get past the 'HP Support Assistant' splash screen. The notifier has an orange triangle on it and when I hover the pointer over it, it says 'Recommended action needed'. I can't take the recommended action!
It just seems to hang and despite trying a number of options listed here on the forum and following the advice on the HP website, I can't get it to open. HP site can't remotely identify my pc as well, most likely because of the fault?
Any help would be much appreciated - thank you.
