Somehow HP support Assistant app thinks I am in Russia_n laptop. When I try to use that app to update, it blocks me from doing so , saying that R_ussia is no longer supported.
HOWEVER : I am based in Belgium and bought my HP Envy through a Belgian reseller (Coolblue.be), and the language of my laptop is Dutch. I have not connection whatsoever with that country. To me it feels that a batch of laptops has been rerouted to other countries as they could no longer be sold overthere.
How do I get rid of that restriction. This is definitely not OK. HP should have smarter solutions than this.
