Hi.

I cant run PC hardware diagnostics for Windows 11.   I got error Massege. 

How can I solve the problem?

I understand that you are facing issues with HP Support Assistant wherein you get an error message.

I suggest that you uninstall and reinstall HP Support Assistant By following the steps provided below:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Under Programs, click Uninstall a program.
3. Select HP Support Assistant, and then click Uninstall.
4. Click Yes on the next screen to confirm that you want to uninstall. Restart your computer to complete the process.
