Error while UpdatingError while Updating

 

 

 

 

 

Hi all, (first Timer, apologies if I have posted in the area)

This issue, as in the screen shot is now occurring after a fresh install of Windows 10; 2004 in the last 24hrs.

Preformed a clean install initiated due to coming off the wild ride of being part of the Windows Insiders Dev Chanel, and stepping down to the Beta Chanel.

I have not been able to source any information why it is occurring or how to rectify.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to resolve most HP Support Assistant issues by downloading and installing the latest version of HP Support Assistant from the HP Support Assistant website. If problems persist, make sure your Internet access is working correctly (that is, you can browse the Internet and view Web pages), and the installed security software (firewall) is not blocking the updates to HP Support Assistant.
