Dear HP Support,
I have encountered difficulties with the installation process of HP Support Assistant. The old version of Support Assistant is not functioning, possibly due to HP's lack of support in Ukraine during the ongoing conflict. Additionally, I have been unable to install the new version.
It's worth noting that since the beginning of the conflict, I have been residing and working in Poland, although I purchased my laptop in Belarus.
I kindly request your guidance on how to proceed in resolving this issue. I would greatly appreciate any support or alternative solutions you can provide.
