Reference phone call:  Your tech support was supposed to get back to me on answering the following questions:

When I click on Intel Bluetooth Driver I get “You must sign into this device to install updates” Where do you go from here?

Why are you trying to install an outdated driver on my computer?  You list Intel Buetooth Driver sp113708 Ver 22.50.0.4 to resolve any issues as shown in picture one.

When the installed failed I check the current driver as shown in second picture. Intel(R) Wirless Buetooth 14 Dec 21 Ver 22.100.1.1.

Problems I would appreciate an answer to:

  1. When I click on Intel Bluetooth Driver I get “You must sign into this device to install updates” Where do you go from here?

  2. Why are you sending out outdated drivers?
  3. How do I delete this outdated driver?  I keep getting an alert in HP Support Assistant

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
