As the title states, the HP Support site isn't letting me download any drivers from HP, if I enter a laptop like my HP Victus, it'll just return 404, if I enter a laptop like the Pavilion Gaming 15-ec0000, it also returns 404, if I enter a laptop like the HP Pavilion 15-cw0000, it also returns 404.
Why this is happening I have no idea, but I was hoping that the Internet Archive could help me here... nothing, it wasn't able to archive my laptop's driver page.
So what's going on here? Why can't I get any of the drivers?
If anyone's solution to this problem is to give me direct links to all of the HP SoftPaqs, that won't work because I'm not looking for the latest drivers.

Hi @David112x,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
The site may have recently updated its structure, and your browser is trying to load a version that no longer exists.
- Incognito/Private Mode: Open a private window (Ctrl + Shift + N) and navigate directly to HP Support. If this works, your browser's history is the culprit.
- Clear Cache & Cookies: If Incognito works, clear your browser's "All Time" cache and cookies in settings.
- Flush DNS: Open Command Prompt as Administrator and type ipconfig /flushdns, then press Enter. This clears your local "map" of website addresses.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

I am having this same issue! I have a HP Victus laptop. The laptop is barely 4 years old, and i cannot download any drivers for it. My main worry is I also have an HP All in 1 desktop, and a recent Windows update killed the bios on it and i needed to download a new bios update from the HP website. If that happens to my laptop, I am truly SOL because of a website just giving me an error 404. The website sees my device on my hp account, but then fails to show me anything beyond that. HP needs to address this ASAP! I've tried Firefox and brave browser, I have tried Incognito on both of those browsers, and they gave me the same result.

John,
The support site seems to do this somewhat frequently. I just kept trying over several days and eventually it worked. I am assuming they were performing maintenance, but no idea why it doesn't just say that instead of a 404 error with no information. None of the fixes that were suggested worked. I just had to keep trying and wait for it to work again. Eventually it worked and I got what I needed.
