Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dy2000 PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Laptop PC 15-dy2000 PC IDS Base Model does to connect with a HP thunderbolt dock G2. Is there software to download or a workaround to solve this problem?

Your machine should have same ports as the following machine

 

              HP Laptop 15-dy2010ds

 

It only has 1 hopeless  SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which is NOT a Thunderbolt port therefore you can NOT connect it to a Thunderbolt dock, they are NOT compatible. The true is, it is NOT compatible with any USB-C docks.
