Hi,
I have a HP Pavillion 15 Laptop model 15-cc029na.
I read your message about checking to see if this 'silent installation' has been done on. When i expand Mice and other pointing devices i do not see Synaptics device, what i see is ELAN Clickpad and HID-compliant mouse. So where is Synaptics?
I can see from the download page i have to download a driver 19.3.31.31 SP81891 is this correct?
Im just a bit worried about doing this as i seen another user tried to do this (comment from other user in this thread) and they had the ELAN Clickpad on their laptop and after downloading the new driver the keypad stopped working - please advise.
Also why is this called 'key logger software' when it seems to be about the touchpad?
thanks
Margaret
