@Garciabox, Thanks for your quick response and time.

 

I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.

 

As you mentioned you laptop was shipped with windows 10 and not windows 8.

 

Cyberlink power director 14 will work only windows 10 but it has issues working on Windows 10 1709 update.

 

This is an issue with Cyberlink and Microsoft unless they release an update. We can't help you much here.
