Hp Spectre x360 13 aw0005nb (OLED)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The  preinstalled HP command center app / software to set the preferred cooling / fan speed is in a foreign language (I think it's Norwegian). The system language is Dutch and all other apps are either in Dutch or in English. I can't find an English version of the app or a setting to change the language. Any suggestions?

@wouter_m Here's a few steps to resolve this issue, just ensure you aren't using any VPN while downloading this software or it may detect the language of the region you are currently on, ensure you have your region selected while downloading any of the software mentioned below and everything should be absolutely fine:

 

I suggest you remove the software, restart the computer,

Once done, install the fresh copy of the applications without a VPN as mentioned above (if any) and download it using this link: click here

My problem is not about the Omen command center but the 'regular' hp command center installed on a non gaming laptop (Spectre).
