I used to have no problem printing from my HP ENVY m6 Notebook PC laptop but suddenly, every time I try to print, I get the message that I have to use the HP ePrint Service. I have found this impossible to do. I am now therefore unable to print from my laptop.
The Quick Print icon at the top of my Word page now has the words HP ePrint next to it, which it never used to have.
Please: –
– Tell me how to remove HP ePrint from Word
– Tell me how to remove HP ePrint from my laptop
– Tell me how to return my Canon MG3650 S printer to the list of printers in the Printers and scanners section of my System settings, and set everything up so that I can once again print from this printer
I have a Canon printer not an HP printer

@M-D1
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to print, I am glad to assist you.
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again

Hi,
I do not have an HP printer, so your solution will not work.
I have a Canon printer.
I use this with an HP laptop which suddenly became unable to print using my Canon printer, when HP ePrint suddenly installed itself from nowhere onto my HP laptop.
So that I can use my HP laptop with my Canon printer again, please: –
– Let me know how to remove HP ePrint from the list of printers in the Printers and Scanners section of the System Settings on my HP laptop
– Let me know how to return my Canon MG3650S printer to the list of printers in the Printers and Scanners section of the System Settings of my HP laptop
I will then be able to print again from my HP laptop.
Thank you,
M-D1
