HP laptop battery get stuck at random percentage and then pass out completely.

I have new HP laptop. It randomly stops at a percentage (yesterday at 97% and today at 94%). Yes it stopped at 97% while i used it for 2 hours and then laptop shutdown at sudden without any warning. at the time of writing this post, its stuck at 94% for last one hour and I know it will pass out again after another hour.

Pl help what to do. Similar posts did not help. i bought laptop from another country and now there is no way i can return or claim warranty.
