Product: HP Envy 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-cw1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have discovered that though HP has good products, it's online support is completely non existent or non functional at best.  I was promised a phone number to call with questions about setting up my new laptop.  I have spent hours trying to get phone numbers or find a chat line that works, all to no avail.  I need a phone number.  My next calls are to HP head quarters and I would rather not start making a fuss.

Does your machine support that ? You can ALWAYS use Whatsapp to chat with HP support.
