OxA00F424F<PhotoCaptureFileCreationFailed> (0x 80004005) this is my error code when using photo creation, what should i do? It says "Something went wrong.Sorry, we weren't able to save the photo."

HP Photo Creations software is no longer supported after November 30, 2019.

Go to RocketLife Desktop (in English) for more information.
