overall i would like to get recovery manager up but where i found onto the official hp webpage for the driver needed for my model, only had the update for recovery manager but not the program itself.
so unsure if is still possible to download it online or find it any way cause this laptop by default didnt came without any recovery dvd/cd

Unfortunately, the HP recovery manager software is only included with the original HP factory image and is not available for download.
HP quit selling recovery media for that model many years ago, so you wouldn't be able to find it unless perhaps on eBay.

If you can still read all of the characters on the Vista product key, you may be able to find a plain Italian version of Windows Vista on eBay.it.
It's a long shot but maybe you will get lucky.
Otherwise, you may want to consider installing Ubuntu on your notebook.
Download Ubuntu Desktop | Ubuntu
Create a bootable USB stick with Rufus on Windows | Ubuntu
That's free and it probably would work good on your notebook.
