HP software updates

Is there a way to run an HP program that (checks/downloads/installs) available HP updates? (please read next/below before replying)

I bought the HP Laptop 17-cn3xxx laptop at Best Buy.
Since I do NOT have internet access at home, I do NOT want to add/update software that causes problems that require internet access to correct.

Since I am not really HP/Windows 11 savvy, I went to the Best Buy Geek Squad to check for any updates to the laptop software and drivers.
They ran some HP program on the laptop and they assured me there are NO {new} updates to the laptop.

Yet when I went to the 'Software and Drivers' page there are newer update available in several categories!!!
When I ran the 'HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI' just to check the version number, it states there is an updated version available.

BTW I am NOT having any technical issues at this time, I just want to get the latest fixes for software/drivers/firmware.

I tried installing HP Support Solutions Framework-13.0.1.131, but it failed with an error #-3

Can anyone help me with this one?

Just FYI

I discovered that the firewall was blocking the connection.

Normally, if software can NOT connect to the internet then there is a message stating that fact.

However, the HP software just states there are no new updates which is false and misleading.

Before getting the solution by a Windows 11 Forum User to [Windows disconnecting hub-ports or drive  ] I tried preparing to reinstall Windows 11, but I have some installed software that I would  like to download as a spare/back-up:

HP Documentation, HP Inc. Energy Star, HP One Agent, HP Privacy Settings, HP Smart, HP Support Assistant, HP System Event Utility.

How can I download these (programs/documents) in the event that I need to reinstall Windows 11?

I found the HP Documentation and the HP Support Assistant.

For the following I was directed to the download page, but the software is not listed.

Can anyone provide download links for the following software iinstalled on the HP laptop?
HP Inc. Energy Star,
HP One Agent,
HP Privacy Settings,
HP Smart,
HP System Event Utility.
