Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.
The system disabled code is generated by the HP BIOS when the power-on password is entered incorrectly too many times.
Unfortunately, unlike Windows passwords, there’s no way to bypass this code , this is a security feature to protect your data.
Since you already disconnected the battery and tried standard resets, this won’t clear the BIOS password.
