Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 i am using windows 10 many years ago ..and i got windows update regularly   now my version window 10 Pro x 64 ver 1909 OS build 1863.628 but if i download Hp support assistang they give version 8.....??? how ????

Hello @aswin16916,

 

That seems to be normal.

 

According to the HP Support Assistant info site, only select new HP devices will install version 9 whereas all others will receive version 8:

I used to be an HP Expert. I no longer participate in this community.

yeah ok lah...so version 8 not include window 10 ?? cos actually many times i  was download this ver 8..if  i try to input my serial number...  then it ask my windows type...and it provided chosing two only... window 7 and vista😂🤣
