Hi, I have had quite a few HP laptops so I kind of understand their ways. I have double clicked into HP Support Assistant and had 3 outstanding updates,  I selected all 3, one was and AMD BIOS update which it performed first and the end it said that it was necessary a to perform a restart. So I restarted it, when I went back HP Support Assistant this message appears.

HP Support Assistant

Restart your computer A restart is required to complete updates. Shutting down alone will not implement updates. Some HP Support Assistant features cannot be accessed until updates are completed.

+   HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors)

Restart later Restart now
I cannot restart it from here, and the restart later box is a dull grey. I have manually restarted it several time to no avail.  The other 2 updates are stuck.
That do I do now?
Thanks in advance.
