Hi:
There is no W10 driver for that model WWAN adapter.
I recommend that you use the W8.1 driver and manually install it as follows...
Download and save, but do not run this W8.1 driver for your : HP un2430 Mobile Broadband Module.
3.19.1601.4444
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp79001-79500/sp79200.exe
Download and install this free file utility. The 2nd file at the top of the page is for 64 bit.
After you install 7-Zip, right click on the driver file you saved.
Select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.
Have 7-Zip Extract to: and let it extract the file into its folder name (sp79200).
Once that is done, go to the device manager, click on the first instance of the HP un2430 Mobile Broadband Module listed in the device manager.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for drivers option, and browse to the driver folder that 7-Zip created.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC, and hopefully you will be able to use the WWAN adapter in W10.
For the Base system device, you need this driver and you should be able to just run the exe file for this one.
The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
