Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

HP ask for the pin when i turn on the computer. but it won't let me type letters. i can only type numbers. so what should i Do?

Onscreen keyboard also not working. Bios restore to defaults also didn't work.  this was happened a month ago. so i gave up using my lap.

Actually i bought this a few years  back and always gave me a lot of software trouble. it was very slow always.  somehow i repair it a few times. but to be honest, i couldn;t use it for a useful work. i use my other laptop (think pad) which is very solid and fast.  Im sure i will never buy a HP because of these troubles.

Thanks,

Choose the safe mode option you want from the Startup Settings menu: Press the Windows + R - Type in msconfig - On the top click on Boot - Remove the check box next to Safe boot. Click on Apply and OK. Restart the PC and now check if you get the password prompt.
