Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get notified in the Win 10 system try to download the new version of HPSA. When I download and try to install it, it fails at install and tells me to log in with admin rights. I already am logged in as an admin. Have robooted and retried more than once. No luck.

Please  try again to

  • right click and
  • select Run as Administrator

even you logon as an Administrator

Any other ideas? It's really annoying staring at this red exclamation point on the current HPSA icon,
