Dear sir or madam. How do you adjust your brightness of your laptop screen? There is a button for you on your keyboard but it does not work, it also does not work through setting

There should be drivers installed on the computer to be able to control this. 

Try these two:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp84001-84500/sp84426.exe
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87683.exe

After installed them, restart the computer and try again
