Good morning.  I  don't own any hp device, but today i recived this  mail from [Personal Information Removed]

Thank you for registering your new HP computer. Create a password to complete setup of your HP account

 I cannot find ay email for help, so i register my accunt to ask help. I can i recive support to know who register a computer using my email adress and what do i have to do to now? Thank you in advance
