The following update via Windows update fails to install. Hewlett-Packard - USB - 10/7/2018 12:00:00 AM - 48.1.4365.18280 reporting 'Install error - 0x80070103"

 

I have two HP printers both are HP Color LaserJet Pros. One is attached via USP to the laptop

This update is showingup on my PC and will not go away it keeps showing try again. I have had a dell tech look at it and nothing solved so far
