Dear Madam,
I regret to inform you that the provided files are ineffective. I had already explored the official HP driver support page for any supplementary drivers and updates before submitting my query. Unfortunately, there are no drivers available for Windows 11 compatible with my laptop model. Hence, I sought assistance, and although you provided some drivers, they too have proven ineffective.
It is frustrating that despite the Windows 11 update being rolled out, appropriate drivers for WiFi and Bluetooth are not provided. Since updating to Windows 11, I have been unable to utilize my laptop due to this driver issue. I understand you may suggest it's a Microsoft problem, but they have directed me to your support page, which solely offers drivers for Windows 10.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly as the current situation renders my laptop unusable. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial number of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
