Product: HP 15s-eq0000 Laptop PC (22P23AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello. So this issue has been going on for a few days. Laptop loads but when I come to click on windows menu it will load the tab but then it dissapears seconds later, won't load again and it disrupts websites I've got running and cannot close them. Have factory reset bit hasn't solved the issue. Any ideas what's wrong and how to solve it?
