Hello
I need to download "hp software framework" to make my hotkeys work again. But, the link in alert which appears on screen is not working.

Alert says:
Error: HP Software Framework is not installed in the System.

For manual instalation please download and install from the link - ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSetup.exe
NOTE: Restart system after installation.

Hi:

 

You need to use Internet Explorer to download the file.

 

When I clicked on the link, it took about 15 seconds for the file to show up to download.

 

Then I downloaded it.

 

If you still have issues with downloading the file, I have zipped it up, uploaded it to my Skydrive folder and shared the link to the folder with you below.

Download, unzip and run the file labeled CASL Setup.zip
