Hi everyone. I wrongly registered my notebook into two different email address. I want to permanently delete my secondary registration account. I tried all the ways ( changed email, information etc. ) but at the end the two accounts personal informations remains the same. Why I wrongly registered ? At first, I tried to create an account but when I first write my password, it didn't accept so I thought that the account wasn't created. Than I realize that it was nothing to do with it. It's all about my password includes term which is '' * '' and I believe uppercase letter. Is there anyway to delete without technical support ? Thank you very much.

Well, rats.

If you are trying to change the Microsoft login used to log into your computer:

Create another account > "Change" the new account to ensure it has Admininstrator access >

Use the New account to log into your computer

Log in more than once, say three times, to be sure you "have it right".

If you want, remove the old account from Accounts and Users.

Hint:  Better, change the original account to a LOCAL account, assign it a nice password, keep the admin access on the account, and let it sit around in case you really need it later (cannot get in to your computer using your Microsoft account).

If you really want to get rid of a Microsoft login account entirely (not just login), I think you can just then I assume you can delete the email account you don't want.  Contact Microsoft for help.

OR

If you are talking about having registered the computer with HP (for the purpose of Warranty support and / or other services):

You do want to contact HP Support.

I contact the HP support today. They say that in the system only one email address is registered. We cannot see your other email address that you wrongly registered. It does not matter.
