I'm trying to film simple, short class presentations with my Probook 455 G6 webcam (Thanks a lot COvid19!). OS Software is Windows 10 Pro. The internal cam functions well but films in a mirror image so anything on a whiteboard is useless because words, diagrams, etc. are flipped. Many of the great programs I could use to film within are useless as far as incorporating something on the whiteboard.
I've searched for answers on how to flip the webcam much like you can do with a smartphone cam. No luck or useful help. Any suggestions?

Hello @sgalley2,
Are you using the default Camera application or...?
Furthermore, are you certain that the pictures/videos are coming out flipped? In the default Windows 10 Camera application, it may look like you're going to be filmed flipped in the preview but after you take the picture or finish filming the video, you'll notice that it's reverted to the normal orientation.

I have the same issue on a Elitebook 840G2, EB 1040G2 and a Envy 13. Using the Standard MS Camera app. There is no option to change the mirror image. How do I tell it's mirrored? For university exams from home (Cobid!) I need to show identification through the camera: but it reverses the text. is there any other software that could do the trick? No option in settings. Quite urgent!

Adding to my last post: some moderators indicated that the party on the other side sees the image "normal". I tested that by sharing in Zoom, but the other party still sees the text as reversed which does not allow for the identification for my exam
