I bought my laptop less than 7 months ago. It suddenly stopped working one day. It was always black screen with an message "Boot device not found". The online support staff were unable to fix my laptop. I sent it to repair and I still don't get my computer back after 17 days. I already lost one part time job because of it; and I cannot afford to buy another new laptop. How can I get a refund? So that I can purchase another reliable laptop.
