That is an OPTION. Did you buy that option for your machine ? Otherwise it has a window without sensor underneath. If you wish, you can buy following parts and install to your machine
Fingerprint reader assembly (includes cable) part # L62741-001
Fingerprint reader bracket is included in the Bracket Kit, spare part # L62737-001
