Hi, first time ordering.

i made an order on 3/5/2020, i received the "de received your order" email.

Few hours later I received the "regarding your recent order with hp" email that says "The order has not yet been processed and we would like to assist you with getting your order confirmed." And ask me to call them back, I did.

And I don't know if my order is yet confirmed, or what.

I can only see the time line with the numbers (1)order received (2) to assemble (3)...

And is stuck on 1 and I haven't received another email of the order status, which they claimed they'll send.

Somebody knows what I'm supposed to expect? Or tell me how the process is made?
