Hello i recently got my old deskjet 1510 back from Romania, in Romania i used to use the 650 cartridges and now i have to use the 301 series but the printer's lights are flashing and after some research i found out that i need to ask HP for a "Regionalization Resets" but i can not find out how to do it, can someone please give me an email adress or better yet a phone number so i can speak with a representative ? Thank you

@TheMaskV, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand you are not able to use the new ink cartridges after moving to a different country. We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue and for you to be able to use the HP 61 ink cartridges.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click on the YES button to reply that the response was helpful and/or to say “Thank You”.
Have a great day!
